About Me
I’m Peter Radizeski, the Marketing Idea Guy!
I put my BS in Chemistry to use for 6 years working as an R&D Chemist for BIC and Oil of Olay and as a Pharmaceutical Chemist for Bayer and Glaxo.
10 years ago I met my wife and move from NC to Tampa, where I went to work for a friend of mine in the LAN business. His company built and maintained Novell POS systems worldwide. This meant lots of backup and modem support.
In 2000 I was introduced to telecom by a BellSouth Agent I played volleyball with and decided this is where I wanted to be. My niche was the Internet Provider industry. Originally, I helped ISP’s offer DSL in the BellSouth region. As my client base expanded, I added other carriers to become an independent agent selling for 20+ telecom companies including AT&T and Level(3).
The Service Provider companies I was working with needed assistance not only marketing and selling DSL, but finding their niche and their profitable focus. At times, I found myself selling for them, so I shifted the focus of my business to consulting. I have been a Sales QB for a couple of companies sales teams and have also done compensation plans, hiring, firing and sales management.
MarketingIdeaGuy.com came about because I was planning Guerrilla Marketing tactics for clients. When faced with a giant competitor like Verizon or Wal-Mart, small businesses need to make noise through a different channel. There are many ways to do that within a reasonable budget.
As for ISPs, the next phase is to Guerilla Market their bundled service offerings to their target audience. To help VARs and ISPs with that I have developed the Sales & Marketing Advisor Program
I also help internet companies with business strategies. Hey, I’ve always been a problem solver and thinking outside of the box has been my mainstay since high school. I am a firm believer in coaching as well as in the Laws of Attraction: Energy attracts Like Energy. Also, as Zig says: “You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
I’m here to help you have a great, productive, informative network.
