Earl Nightingale in the 1950’s produced a series of recordings, starting with The Strangest Secret and continuing with 12 monthly recordings titled Lead the Field. I was listening to LTF this week when Nightingale, in the 2nd chapter, reminds me about Russell Conwell’s Acres of Diamonds.

I suggest that you give the speech a read. It says that your diamonds are right in your own backyard. Milk your own cows. While the grass is greener over there, try looking in your own backyard first.
